Hello%---
I have a simple spreadsheet in Calc. It only has these headings:
Name | ID | Seat No. | #1 | #2 | #3 | #4 | #5 | Total
There are about 130 entries under that.
My boss wants lots of paperwork on each item...
so I need to print out 130 separate pages with the information all "pretty" like.
Name: *
ID: *
Seat No.: *
#1: *
#2: *
#3: *
#4: *
#5 *
Total
I just one page of the document prepared in Writer that will display like above.
Is there a quick way to have it product a document that puts the information onto 130 separate pages, so I can send them a PDF to print?

File>New>Database...
[X] Connect to existing db
Type: Spreadsheet
[X] Register database
Store database document
Use the database table (which is just a read-only link to your spreadsheet) in Writer like an address source for a serial letter. _________________ Rest in peace, oooforum.org
