Editing tables when inserted in openOffice-writer

Hello

We use to work with both Calc and Writer, and many times we create tables by using Calc putting them once created into writer docs. The question is ¿Can tables be edited in Writer? We tried it but it seems to be impossible.

Try Insert > Object > OLE object > Spreadsheet with From File checked. If you want the edits in Writer to affect the Calc file, or visa verse, then check the Link box.

Once the object is inserted double click it to edit.
