OO3.0 crashes when opening ods-sheet

I'm using an ods-sheet since 2003 It was created in sxw-format, migrated to oo2.4 ods-format and now to oo3.0

Yesterday it first happend, that oo3 loaded the sheet, displayed it for about 15 seconds and then closed with an unexpected error. Document recoyery is starting immidiately but is crashing also every time ( now without displaying anything but the error-message)

The sheet is nothing special
- no pictures
- extended functions
just normal formulas to calculate and estimate my companies revenues over the year

How can i Get more detailed infomation about what is happening?
Does any one know anything about similar problems?
