| I want to remove a footnote, but I have no idea how. For headers and footers, it works via Format --> Page, but there's no option to disable the footnote. Does anyone know how to do it ? |

| To remove a footnote, just delete the marker in the body text. If your cursor is in the footnote you want to get rid of, then press Page Up This brings you next to the marker in the text. Shift-Leftarrow to select it and press delete. |
