I installed OO on my MacBook yesterday but can not find a word count button anywhere.
I do not know what version I have I guess the latest since I downloaded it yesterday.
I need to use ctrl A for complete text highlight then word count but neither work ot are not able to be found.
I have info on screen that says Tools Word Count. There is no Tools button or word count button
Is this the same for everyone?

| It's usually written Tools > Word Count or Tools - Word Count. "Tools" is an item on the Menu Bar. Click "Tools" and you should see "Word Count" on the drop-down list. |

| You should also find it at File > Properties > Statistics tab. |
