OOo v 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 - Cursor behavior at end of a paragraph

SETUP:First move the cursor to the end of the last line of a paragraph using the "end" key. Next press the right-arrow key.
EXPECTATION: Upon striking the right-arrow key, you would expect the cursor to immediately move to the next line (that is, move beyone the paragraph mark).
UNEXPECTED RESULT: Instead, the cursor does not move at all.

Here's the weirder part: If you *again* strike the right-arrow key, the cursor will move to the next line.
And here's the weirdest part: If you now go back into the paragraph and start all over again, the cursor will *now* behave as you originally expected it to behave! This sequence can be started all over again by shuttng down and reloading the same file!

SUMMARY: END key | RIGHT-ARROW key | needs RIGHT-ARROW key again to move to next paragraph

I can also make the same events happen in another way:
"end" key | needs "end" key again to then allow the right-arrow key to properly work.

SUMMARY: END key | END key | RIGHT-ARROW key

This is not a bug and I am pretty sure it had the same feature in OOo1.1.0.
The concept is this:
If you have some character formatting upto the end of the line, but want to "move" out of the character formatting to add some more unformatted text the right arrow key does this for you. The next press of the right arrow key then moves you past the paragraph marker. I really like this feature and use it quite a lot.
An example is dragging a link from the navigator and the link falls at the end of the line, but you now wish to add some more text after the link on the same line.
