How do I create a theme (set of drawings) to include in OOo?

I'm looking to deploy a build of OOo that will contain our presets - macros, buttons, templates,etc. I want to have a set of themes to go along with this, but am stumped on how to create this set of files to include.

I see how to create the theme in OOo Draw, but what files do I then need to put on our distribution of OOo to have these graphics included? And does this go in the user\gallery or the share\gallery folder? Plus is there a way to rename these files?

We want to avoid having any pointers to graphics files on our network, but instead want these files to be included in the distribution, which will go out on CD with our own installer.
