Hey,
Thanks for the prior help with the mainform/subform linking (sorry I asked a redundant question).
The whole reason I started looking into it was because I wanted to get around the horribly designed boolean value display on forms. It's either a check, a grayed-out check, or nothing, which is somewhat misleading. I was looking to parse it to show each value as Yes/No, based on its boolean value, but I'm not sure how to go about this...

The boolean types in SQL, using more than True and False, exist a third state UNDEFINED, see HSQLDB documentation, and it is supported in that way.
