Problem with converting wordml to word document

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue while converting wordml to word document using open office.

After the wordml is converted to word document, when we try to edit the page by adding some text, so that it will move to the next new page, the header is getting distorted.(only in odd pages)
This issue is there only when there are two pages in the wordml.
i.e When there are two pages and when we add some text, the header in the third page, 5th, 7th ... gets distorted. But when there are more than two pages, we dont have this issue.

Please let me know if we can set height of the header somewhere, if yes how to set it.. we have thsi issue only in header and not the footer.
