Chart from MS Excel to Calc

Hi,

I opened a .xls file with Calc and found that the Legend of the chart is overlapping with the chart itself.
Is it a compatibility issue between Calc & Excel?
Anyway to fix it?

I also found the the Legend box cannot be resize.

If anyone had experienced the same problem and got the answer, please share with me.
