You need to do a "File, Save As..." operation in calc and choose the "Excel97" file format option which will save your calc file in Excel97 format. After that, e-mail the file to your work e-mail in-box, save it to your work computer's hard drive (or network drive), then use your work system's Excel to open/print the file.
BE AWARE: the "conversion" process from calc to Excel isn't 100% perfect, especially where some functions and "complex" formulae are concerned. Therefore, you may want to do a "test conversion" with calc saving to Excel97 format and seeing if your work computer's Excel will have any problems.
