I am somewhat new to this so please bear with me if I ask a naive question. The subject statement is indicated as a system requirements for Windows installs. Please briefly explain how the user confirms the presence of this component in their windows configuration. Does this need to be added to Win95, Win98, WinME, Win2000 or WinXP? : |

| Most versions come with it. Just search for the filename and if you have it you don't need to do anything else. |
