Hi,
I am trying to insert a frame that will stay stationary while my other frame moves.
Is there a way to add a scroll bar to a frame?
What I want to do is have a frame that lists links to bookmarks, but it should be stationary while the page is scrolled down.

| I am also attempting to keep a frame from resizing itself to accomodate the amount of text inside it. Been messing with it for a couple of nights now. Not having much luck so far. Have you found an answer to this problem yet? |
