Can't open spreadsheet

Hello, I have a problem with my openoffice calc program. I created a budget type thing in it to where I could just adjust numbers to know how much money we would have and I went like 4 months out with it.

My problem is, I've been keeping up with this daily, and today when I tried to open it a text import box pops up????? If I click ok, all my calculations are gone and are replaced with one long row of chinese/japanese characters....please help!!!
