I am interested to run queries of a Filemaker database. fp5 file extension.
Is this possible?
My preference would be to query from a backed up copy of the database rather than the live copy.

| since filemaker pro supports both jdbc and odbc and oo supports databases accessed through odbc and jdbc , the answer is yes.... choose an odbc/jdbc driver and follow the set up instructions for data sources. |
