Sorry for my poor english, I'm not sure that I can describe my issue clear.
for example, I insert a table to the document, and after the table, there is a heading . I delete all nonprinting characters between the table and the heading. so I can't insert a new line after the table. I cant select anything after the table. If I move the cursor before the heading , and backspace, the table will be removed ,what's the matter, and what should I do?thanks

Two ways to insert a new line (empty paragraph) between the table and heading:

1. Click at the end of the content of the last cell in the table and press ALT+ENTER.

2. Click in front of the heading and press ENTER, then change the paragraph style of the new line.
