I created my resume in this program. It was saved, but now when I go back to open the file, it is a blank page with a yellow square with a scroll in it in the top left. What does this mean?!! Can I get my resume back?!!!

What OS and version of OOo are you using?

Was the résumé created in OOo?

Saving in MS format should not have that big an effect, but it is always safer to save in OOo format and export to another format as needed.

However unless you were putting some very strange things to the résumé you should not have a yellow square and a scroll.

It might be a good idea to post the document somewhere that forum members can access to have a look.

Handy places to post a file:
media fire http://www.mediafire.com/
or
mytempdir.com http://www.mytempdir.com
