Losing my bookmarks opening pdf with Draw

When I open an existing PDF in Draw, edit some info, then export again as a pdf, I seem to lose my bookmarks (the named bookmarks on the orignal PDF get replaced by a listing of the slides). I'm new to Open Office so any help would be appreciated.
