|
|
I have about 300 files (text and pictures) built in a 4 x 6 format. The mistake I made, was that I built these files on 8 ½ by 11 inch paper simply by moving the margins.
I have made a new template (4”x 6” paper size) and copied and pasted a few over, but it will be a tedious process. Particularly galling is having to navigate through the directory each time I save, when I remember how other programs can learn the saving destination and not require all those extra clicks.
Surely it's possible for the computer to do this grunt work, but I'm not smart enough to know how to ask it.
Can anybody give me some direction? |

You can use a basic macro to open each file and change the papersize
you will need to know how to change the papersize / setting the template programmatically
Howto set paper size in open office basic? could help you _________________ OpenOffice.org, teh best firewall |
