I am using Celsius as my primary Y-axis, but would like to add Fahrenheit to the secondary Y-Axis. Is this possible? Thanks!

Yes, F is simply a linear funtion of C so if you calculate the min and max values you should be okay.

Create the chart, pick Insert > Axes > Seconday Y axis and adjust the scale.

Personally, if I had the option I'd do two graphs or sets of graphs and present the relevant ones to the different audiences but I realise that this is not always possible.
