Hi

Maybe there is refernce about how to do it but I cannot find it.
So is there something more then just moving the OpenOffice.org1.1.x folder from my application data folder and changing the sversion.ini file accordingly?

A Have made those things and also replaced some values in instdb.inf but when I start Write and open the options dialog then all my user info (name, address, contactnumber etc) is gone. :S

Is moving a profile possible at all?

Thanks for your input

Thanks. I started reading this issue eralier but as it started with Templates I thougt not to bother my self reading it up to the end.

My case now was that the Registry user folder was not copied. After copiing this everything seems to work.

Thanks!

Hi

I'll try to continue this thread by setting up another question.
My profile moving was initiated by wish to set up my machine as Win2K/Linux multi boot system. As I would like to use OOo on both systems then I thought if I have migrated Mozilla accounts to a FAT32 partition why couldn't I move OOo profile information also.

So the big question... is this solution working? I mean setting up one profile for Win and Linux? Or is there some OS specific data in conf files that don't allow this?

Thanks for your answers
