How does one get the col./ row lines that appear on the spreadsheet used to enter data to print out ?? Have gone through all the options settings and for the life of me, I can't find any thing that works.

Thanks

You need to apply a Page Format. To do this, from the Menu:

Format -> Page... -> Click on the Sheet tab -> in the Print section, select Column and row headers -> press the OK button.

I hope this helps, please be sure to let me / us know.

Sliderule.....

You RULE !......found the "Grid" choice which is what I wanted; don't need the
column header and row numbers.

Now, how can one control the color of the "grid" lines that print out ?? Tried using
the Borders / Line color selection but no success.

thanks

To my knowledge, you cannot 'globally' change the colour of the 'grid' lines.

BUT:
  1. You can assign, individual cells, with the coloured 'border' you want.

  2. You could assign a STYLE to have a coloured border. For example, if you use 'Default' as the Style, modify it . . . with a 'border' of All Four Borders . . . and . . . the colour of your choice.
I hope this helps, please be sure to let me / us know. Idea

Well, the 'styles' idea works to an extent. Sometimes it will show & print out the cell with all 4 sides being the chosen color. Other times, it will only show & print only 2 or 3 sides. This was using a red color. Using a light gray, nothing happened. Typed something in the
styled cells and then in non-styled cells and then printed a range spanning both and there
was no difference in cell border color. On screen, it was obvious that the cell borders were a light gray and/or red on all four sides. I'll keep experimenting but it looks as if this is not going to be a viable solution.

Thanks for the help.
