I'm using OpenOffice 1.0.2 to save .xls files. When I open them up in Excel after saving them in OpenOffice, the values of the formulas (which I calced in OOO) are not saved, and Excel only has the formulas and has to recalc them.
Can anybody tell me whether I'm correct in believing that OOO doesn't save the value of formulas when it saves? And whether there's a setting I can tweak to change this behavior? I've looked around and not found anything (changing autocalculate in OOO before saving).
