| On a basic spreadsheet, how do I make the Y axis into the X, and vice versa? Thanks. |

Reverse the columns. Move column A to b and B to A.
The first 'left-most" column is x and the right columns are the y values _________________ jrkrideau

The very simplest way would be to copy the first column and paste it somewhere with an empty column to the left of it. Paste the second column into that empty column. Then just graph those two new columns. If the original columns have formulae rather than just numbers in them, you would need to do a Paste Special > Numbers .
I hope this is of some help. If you are competely new to spreadsheets a good idea would be to find an old copy of any basic spreadsheet intro book and read it. Something like Excel For Dummies would be fine. All spreadsheets work basically the same way. OOo documentation assumes that you have some slight knowledge of spreadsheets. Still the Calc chapters at http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/OOo3_User_Guides/Chapters may be helpful. _________________ jrkrideau
