Each time I attempt to download Open Office, it stops after about two-thirds completed.
I am using Windows XP Pro and have about 2.5GB space on my C Drive. What can I do to be successful? Hope someone can help. ROBBO |

Where are you downloading from?
Any error messages?
If you\re in corporate or university environment could you be running into a download limit?

| absolutely nothing....download appears with Save/Cancel options. I click Save and then it starts showing 150+MB to download. It proceeds but usually stops around 80+MB. No error messages...screen just stops. |

Well beyond my knowledge. When you say the screen just stops, does the machine freeze or just the download?
To try and isolate the problem what about downloading some other relatively large program and see what happens.
If nothing comes to mind, try R http://www.r-project.org/ . IIRC it is about 80-100 mg so it should be a good test.
