Dear Friends,
Can any one suggest me an open sources tools for the following purpose,
1. Design
2. Business modeling and data modeling tools
3. Code Generation (Only for thin clients): Frontend and Backend
4. Templated Based development (Imp: Existed buisness logic should not be lost with any enhancement to the existed model)
If possible independent of Application servers.

I really don't have experience with the other programs you are asking for, but for web design, I use KompoZer (http://www.kompozer.net). That is, when I'm not using Drupal (http://www.drupal.org), which is a different kind of animal.
