I have downloaded norwegian spell checker: dictionary-no-NO-1.0oxt.
It will not open saying: Safari cannot open file with any available programs.
I have Snow Leopard.
Solutions?

In Writer, go to Tools>Extension Manager... and click the "Add" button.

You can visit other software or programs for solution,sometimes file format could not support,you can visit jspell website for better result,the website include features of spell check in English,Spanish,Japanese and many more languages,you can find many more
sites using Google panel also.
