problem with spell checking & dictionary

I have downloaded dutch dictionary from option> language>writing ads>edit modulus>get more dictionary,& installed it.but dutch spell checking doesn't work,when i try to install it again i receive following message :
extension manager:dutch spelling is already installed.
but when i check ;
option> language setting-writing ads>edit modulus,
i don''t have Dutch dictionary!
os: wista
any solution please?

Make sure OOo is completely closed. If you are on Windows, the best idea is to do a reboot of the computer to ensure that OOo recognises the dictionary.
