Hi,
I'm doing something that I'm sure has been done a 1000 times before - so I'm sure the problem is my end so feel free to point me at any links that explain how I can solve my problem.

I create a state diagram in OOoDraw - 8 simple rectangles, text inside each describing the state, with arrowed connectors indicating the flow of control from state to state.

I select all and copy the diagram.

I paste the diagram in a frame in a OOoWriter document. Some of the connectors get rerouted. I move them back to roughly where I want them. The doc looks ok. I save the document. I reopen the document. The connectors have moved again. Why? I've tried grouping everything prior to copying - but still no joy.

What am I doing wrong??

[ Host Windows 7. with OOo320m12(Build9483) ]

Thanks in advance.
