Need help writing SVG import/ export script

I am looking for someone to write a custom VB script

The script will be called from a php application

Action

- open OpenOffice in headless mode
- import an SVG text file into a fontwork (WordArt) template
- warp/shape the text
- save the new file
- export the text as SVG
- close OpenOffice

Finish

- the SVG file is then loaded back into our php application

I found a lot of info on how to do it but I can't write code.

Any help would be appreciated.
